About Us
Our farm is located on the South Mountain in a little place called Canaan. Secluded yet only 3 minutes from New Minas and the highway.
We bought our land in 2014, fresh off the boat from old Scotland, with a dream to raise our children in a space they could grow up knowing what perseverance, abundance and beauty was, with lots of farm chores thrown in to build character ;o)
Our products are made with local and organic ingredients where possible.
All our herbs are grown by us and dried under optimum conditions to preserve the essential oils, vitamins and minerals.

Practices
We have 38 acres farmed by others at the moment. This year is their last year, as we transition over to the practises we truly believe in. We farm our patch of beautiful land the way mother nature intended. No sprays, GMO free and heirloom seeds grown and locally bought where possible.
We now have 2 highland cows working our land. Keeping our grass down and fertilising our soil. Our guinea hens flock to the pastures when the cows are moved, hunting out bugs and generally cleaning up after our cows. We hope to increase our heard as the years go by, so we can continue to reclaim back land that has been lost to neglect and hard, uncompassionate tree felling.
