Terms of Service

We value your service and look forward to earning your trust.  Our goal is to offer the highest quality products, with added convenience, to grow the local food community together. 

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, or you are unsatisfied, please see the Refund Policy.

If you fail to pick up your order, or part of your order, you are still obligated to pay for all items in that order. We are happy to send your order or item(s) on the next available delivery date for you to pick up. Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page if you forgot your order or item(s). 

You may choose to pick up an order on an alternate delivery date, however you will be receiving the same items that were packed on your original delivery date. We will store your order in the fridge and freezer, but are not responsible for the quality of an order not picked up on it’s original delivery date. 

An order may not be cancelled after ordering has closed. This is because vendors have already begun to harvest, cook and pack your orders. 

If for any reason we are unable to collect a payment, ordering will be suspended to that customer until the payment is processed.  

There are no delivery fees during COVID-19, however normally there is a packing/delivery cost to the customer that is added on to their bill.
