About Us
Welcome to Nerdy Girls Farm! We are a small farm just getting going here in the Annapolis Valley. Situated on the south mountain, we grow using organic practices working to fill voids in the local food landscape.
Currently, we are focused on creating spice blends for your pantry, fresh ginger and turmeric in season, and candied ginger when the fresh season comes to a close. We grow herbs both medicinal and culinary and have created some tea blends to improve your day.
As we grow, our offerings may change, but our goal is to serve the Valley through unique and desirable offerings throughout the year.

Practices
We use organic methods in our planting and pest management systems. We believe in restoration agriculture as the best path forward in our changing environment and we are working hard to restore the soil of this century-old farm through biodiversity and low-till soil disturbance.
