Seven Acres Farm & Ferments, located in Canning, Nova Scotia, grows seasonal cut flowers and vegetables, and produces year-round fermented products including a variety of sauerkrauts and kimchi.
Practices
Seven Acres is committed to ecologically-sensitive, regenerative farming practices, and farms without the use of pesticides or herbicides and with little to no soil disruption/tillage.
Seven Acres' fermented products are made in small batches, with most ingredients sourced locally from farms that are committed to ecological farming practices (including ingredients grown on site at Seven Acres).
