About Us
Seven Acres Farm is a small-scale market garden located in Canning, Nova Scotia, growing mixed vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers, and producing a variety of lacto-fermented foods, including sauerkrauts, kimchis, kombucha and water kefir.

Seven Acres' rotating line of seasonally-influenced fermented products are made in small batches, and the ingredients used are predominantly sourced locally, grown at Seven Acres as well as at other farms in the Annapolis Valley. Seven Acres is committed to using no-spray and certified organic ingredients as much as possible. All of the fermented products are vegan and unpasteurized.
Jocelyn is dedicated to growing produce and flowers in a way that increases biodiversity, improves soil health, and regenerates the overall environmental health of the farm. This includes avoiding the use of insecticides and pesticides completely, and limiting soil amendments to ones that are free of chemicals or ingredients that could harm soil, plant and animal life.
