We are an organic apple farm and Atlantic Canada's only commercial vinegar manufacturer. Our produce is certified by Pro-Cert Organic systems Inc. We also produce sweet cider, specialty vinegars , and our favoured crop of pears.

We started producing organic fruit in 1995 with a goal to have top quality organic fruit that would be competitive in the marketplace. At present we are returning our apple pomace to our land, mixed with legumes and composted, working towards regenerative organic and on-going sustainability.
