Transplant, Violets

Violets are a sure sign that spring is here and the days are warming. Dainty violets bloom mid-spring, and are important native Nova Scotian woodland and garden plants. We offer both white or purple/blue. They are mostly just for enjoying in the garden, but the leaves and flowers can also be added to teas or eaten in spring salads. In a good, damp year, you can get a second flush of flowers in the early autumn.

We provide general planting instructions with our plant orders, and all of our pots are sustainably reused and returnable to us through your WFM2GO hub location (just bring them back to your hub and our staff will make sure we get them). Thank you!
