Thyme (dried)

Hand-harvested thyme from our garden. These are dried on the stalk and bottled that way. To use, simply grab a few stalks per recipe and slide your fingers down each stalk to strip the leaves right into your cooking.

Thyme is a staple in French and Mediterranean recipes, and most great potato, meat, poultry, egg, and tomato dishes call for dried thyme. Extremely healthy as well, filled with anti-oxidants and anti-virals, so we use thyme liberally in our cooking.

Our artisanal herbs are all grown, gathered, dried, processed, and bottled slowly and carefully, all by hand.
