Oregano

Classic oregano. Such a useful herb in the kitchen! Delicious in most savoury dishes so enjoy with abandon in just about everything. You can also dry or freeze some for winter cooking.

Common oregano is milder in flavour with a rounder leaf. It's our most commonly-used variety with a nice fresh green-herb flavour.

Greek oregano is hotter and more pungent, more like thyme, with a bit of spice to it.
